Welcome to Xray Product Image Optimizer! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, installation, and use of the “Xray Product Image Optimizer” WordPress plugin (“the Plugin”), developed by Michele Vacca (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Plugin.
To ensure a secure and seamless experience, our Plugin uses Freemius (“Freemius, Inc.”) as our trusted platform for sales, licensing, and subscription management.
When you purchase a premium license for Xray Product Image Optimizer, your financial transaction is processed directly by Freemius. Therefore:
Additional Agreements: Alongside these Terms, you implicitly accept the Freemius End User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Payment Processing: Freemius securely handles all payment processing, invoicing, renewal billing, and refund management.
Data Security: Your credit card or PayPal details are processed entirely by Freemius and its secure payment gateways. We do not store, nor do we ever have access to, your sensitive financial information.
Xray Product Image Optimizer is released under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL).
When you purchase a Premium version via Freemius:
You will receive a unique License Key valid for a specific period (e.g., annual or lifetime) and a specific number of websites, depending on the plan chosen during checkout.
Your license key is personal and non-transferable. An active license entitles you to receive automatic plugin updates and premium technical support for the duration of your subscription.
Automatic Updates: As long as you maintain an active and valid license key, you will receive Plugin updates (new features, bug fixes, security patches, and compatibility updates for new WordPress/WooCommerce versions) directly inside your WordPress dashboard.
Technical Support: Priority support is exclusively provided to users with an active Premium license. You can request assistance by emailing us at supporto@xraywebstudio.it.
Scope of Support: We strictly provide support for issues directly originating from defects in our Plugin. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party theme, plugin, or specific server configurations.
To ensure your website always runs smoothly with continuous support and updates, our annual plans operate on a subscription basis.
Automatic Renewal: If you purchase a subscription plan, Freemius will automatically charge the renewal fee at the end of your billing cycle to prevent any service interruption.
Easy Cancellation: You can cancel your automatic renewal at any time before the expiration date. This can be done via your Freemius Dashboard (accessible right inside your WordPress admin under the Account page, or through the links provided in your Freemius invoice emails).
After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, the Plugin will remain fully functional on your site. However, you will lose access to future Premium updates and technical support once the current license period expires.

If you find that the Plugin doesn’t fit your needs or doesn’t work as described, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days.
Since payments are processed by Freemius, the actual refund transaction is handled through their portal and credited back to your original payment method. Feel free to email us to report an issue, but please note that the financial processing is entirely managed by the Freemius platform.
Refunds for automatic renewals after the initial purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis according to Freemius policies (e.g., eligible if requested within a very short window immediately after an accidental renewal charge) and at our sole discretion.
The original code, design, branding, the “Xray Product Image Optimizer” trademark, documentation, and associated materials (excluding third-party libraries released under GPL or other open-source licenses) are and remain our exclusive intellectual property.
The Plugin is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michele Vacca or Freemius shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data or database corruption.
Website downtime or interruption.
Loss of WooCommerce sales, revenue, or business profits arising out of the use or inability to use this Plugin.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be made transparent by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Plugin following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
